How to use the analyzer:
Select your gender (Men / Women).
Enter your Age and exact Bodyweight. (Please note: You must enter an age of 35 or older to see the Masters limits and records).
Enter your best Snatch and Clean & Jerk results.
What you get: The analyzer will instantly calculate your Total, Sinclair, Q-Points, and Q-Masters points. (Note: The calculator uses the new, scientifically validated Q-Points system, which replaced the old SMF points globally in 2024/2025!) It will also automatically match your bodyweight to the correct historical and current weight classes to show you exactly how close you are to:
Qualifying for the European Masters (EM), World Masters (WM), and World Masters Games (WMG).
Breaking the official European and World Records in your specific age and weight category!
